Few subjects arouse more controversy and argument than the subject of nuclear power. Since the advent of the nuclear power plant, there has been strong opposition and defenders of the technology. The figures for 2006 show that there are 442 reactors in the world, producing 17% of the world's electricity. The finite nature of fossil fuels is focusing the minds of politicians on whether to build new plants.

Although it has been theoretically possible to recycle plastics for a long time now, this technology was often ignored, particularly in the industrial section. See, until recently, The best strategy for disposal of plastics was simply throwing them out. After all, there was no tax incentive to recycle plastic materials, and the cost was greater. Add to that the fact that plastic recycling can be complex. There are many different types of plastics, and all require different procedures, and thus you have the perfect recipe for waste.

Homemade Cleaning Solutions
Manufacturers' ads, targeting the home maker, led us to believe these new products would do the job far better than Grandma's cheap, homemade cleaning solutions. Today, we don't even think twice when tossing window cleaner, oven cleaners, grease-removing sprays and a whole hot of individual products for every cleaning task imaginable. We think we simply can't have a clean house unless we buy these products. It's high time we reinstated some of Grandma's cleaning tools, which do the job just as well at a fraction of the cost.
